UX Designer
Hi, I’m Yosi — a designer focused on Ads experiences.
I currently lead the design for accounts, permissions, and billing across Amazon Ads .
A bit about me
Hi, my name is Yoselin, but everyone calls me Yosi. I began my career as an architect, fascinated by how people move through and experience physical spaces. That same curiosity eventually led me into digital design, where I became interested in how people navigate, learn, and connect through interfaces. After earning my master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, I shifted into UX, where I now focus on creating experiences that simplify complexity and make technology feel intuitive and human.
At Amazon Ads, I design advertiser experiences that bring structure and clarity to complex systems, collaborating closely with engineers and PMs to design systems that simplify advertiser operations and drive business growth.
RECENT WORK
Single global advertiser account
In 2025, Amazon Ads introduced a new account type that unified Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP within a single account. The project involved designing a flexible permissions system for various user roles, creating a new user invitation flow, and launching a dedicated registration experience — enabling teams to onboard and collaborate more effectively from day one.
Promotions page for billing center
As the design lead, I created the end to end Promotions Page experience for the Sponsored Ads Billing Center. The goal was to make promotional credits easy to discover, understand, and redeem, while bringing clarity to a system that previously lacked cohesion. The final experience introduced a structured information model, clearer eligibility rules, and a simplified way for advertisers to track and apply their promotion benefits.
Vetting Center
The Vetting Center is a feature launched in 2025 that allows advertisers to verify their business information and apply to advertise in regulated product categories requiring special permissions, such as pharmaceuticals, political advertising, and gaming.
VIEW PROJECTDSP Creative Gallery
In 2024, Amazon DSP launched the new Creative Gallery — a redesigned experience that helps advertisers discover and select the right creative formats for their campaign goals. This release simplified a complex system, introduced new ad experiences, and brought visual clarity to a once-fragmented workflow.
Other Initiatives I Helped Bring to Life
Since joining Amazon Ads, I have contributed to more than 100 projects as a design lead and collaborator. Working across multiple product areas has helped me become a more holistic and systems-oriented designer. Below are a few initiatives I have helped bring to life, all of which are live across Amazon Ads.
Design Lead
Amazon DSP, Bid Adjustments
Sole designer leading the end-to-end UX for bid adjustments, giving advertisers granular control to optimize delivery and performance.
Design Lead: Permissions Experience
Direct Access to Amazon Marketing Cloud
Collaborated with multiple teams to enable advertisers to access Amazon Marketing Cloud directly from Sponsored Ads, ensuring a secure and intuitive permissions experience.
Design Lead: Creative Template
Interactive Pause Ads
Designed the creative template advertisers use to build interactive video ads that drive engagement during pause moments on streaming content.
