Hey, I’m Yosi
I design experiences that bring clarity to complex workflows. At Amazon Ads, I’ve led Accounts, Permissions, and Billing, transforming deep technical systems into intuitive, predictable advertiser experiences. With a background in Architecture and a master’s in HCI, I blend systems thinking with calm, innovative, human-centered execution.
My background
I started my career in architecture, learning how structure, context, and human behavior shape experiences. That experience shaped the way I think about problems and helped me develop an eye for the details that make something feel intuitive. I also began to understand that design wasn’t limited to physical spaces. It could guide decisions, reduce friction, and make technology feel more human, which is what drew me to UX.
As I moved into digital design, I began noticing the same patterns: understanding how people navigate, where they struggle, and what helps them feel confident. A master’s in HCI helped me translate that mindset into product design focused on clarity and trust.
Today at Amazon Ads, I design behind-the-scenes experiences that support advertisers every day. Things like permissions, billing, identity, and governance might seem invisible at first, but they are the foundation of trust. I ensure these systems feel clear, grounded, and easy to understand for the people who use them.
